This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Home Help Personal Carer in a rural community. As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
About the Role:- Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients within their own homes.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- To function effectively as a member of the health care team concerned with the care of an individual and their family unit within the community setting.
- Perform domestic duties for the aged and/or people with a disability within their own home.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in performing domestic duties for the aged and/or people with a disability within their own home.
- Commitment to making a difference in a rural community.
- Permanent part-time, day worker position, 35 hours per fortnight.
- Negotiable hours with the successful applicant.
- Salary range in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
