The Department of Health seeks a skilled and compassionate individual to join their team as a Home Help Personal Carer. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will work closely with clients and their families in the community setting, providing high-quality care and support.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care and home help services to clients within their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carers, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and care coordination.
- Certificate 3 in Individual Support or Aged Care, or equivalent qualification.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
