Job Opportunity

As a Coles Merchandiser, you will work on an ongoing, casual basis with our Relay Team. You will be responsible for supporting various merchandising tasks such as planograms, point of sale setup, pricing and ticketing.

About the Role:

This is a part-time role, up to 15 hours per week, depending on business requirements. Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday, with Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday being essential days.

We are looking for a support merchandiser in Sydney who can develop strong relationships with Grocery personnel, create and maintain quality planograms in stores, and adhere to Relay Standards and Ways of Working.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strong relationships with Grocery personnel
- Creating and maintaining quality planograms in stores
- Pricing and ticketing compliance
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
- Adhere to Relay Standards and Ways of Working
- Experience in a grocery/retail environment, grocery highly desirable
- Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
