As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direction to Mastermyne employees and subcontractors, and liaising with external representatives to achieve safety and production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • Complete reports, analyze data, and deliver results in a timely manner.
  • Conduct hazard and risk assessments, and communicate findings to all personnel.
  • Promote and participate in mine safety initiatives among the workforce.
  • Ensure activities align with planned schedules.
  • Identify process improvements and implement changes.
  • Coach and mentor team members.
  • Provide leadership to crew members, setting positive examples and assisting in team development.
  • Hold a valid Electrical Trade Certificate and S123/G2 Supervisory Certificates.
