About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join Aon's Health & Benefits team as a Client Relationship Manager, Private Health Insurance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Health & Benefits clients by delivering Private Health Insurance solutions that meet agreed client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Health & Benefits clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Grow existing book of business through internal and external new business prospecting, identifying opportunities to expand our services and increase revenue.
  • Engage and negotiate with Life insurance markets, building strong relationships and securing new business opportunities.
  • Utilize data and analytics to provide insights to clients and support marketing strategies across Life Insurance, helping to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
  • Manage a portfolio of large national and multi-national clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs and requirements.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with peers in the application of subject matter expertise, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive business success.
  • Design and execute service plans to deliver superior client outcomes, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Ensure the service plan offering aligns to client needs, providing tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements.
  • Facilitate strategic claim reviews to ensure the best outcomes for all parties, providing expert guidance and support to clients.
  • Develop appropriate solutions to meet client needs, resulting in improved client outcomes and retention.
  • Work collaboratively with national colleagues to build best-in-class solutions for Aon clients, driving business growth and improving client satisfaction.
