Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Lawyer to join our team.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years' post-admission experience in insurance or litigation, with a strong background in insurance law, personal injury, liability claims, and litigation proceedings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients and providing expert legal advice on insurance disputes, investigations, and interlocutory applications.
  • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, submissions, affidavits, and other legal correspondence.
  • Attending court hearings and representing clients in litigation proceedings and negotiations.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional client service.
