About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Embroidery Production Coordinator to join our team.

The Role

As an Embroidery Production Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our embroidery production workflows. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating daily embroidery/sewing workflows to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet customer expectations and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Supporting team performance through coaching, training coordination, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Planning and allocating labor resources across departments and sites to ensure efficient task completion.
  • Monitoring equipment usage and maintenance needs to ensure safe and effective operation of machinery and tools.
  • Managing consumables and components to maintain production flow.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety procedures, including daily safety checks, adherence to the Needle Register Policy, and conducting monthly Safety Toolbox talks.
  • Maintaining high housekeeping standards to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Reviewing and approving production quality, including embroidery samples and customer order invoicing when required.
  • Recording and analyzing KPI data to identify opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a large-scale warehouse.
  • Experience with supervision of a group of 5 – 30 floor staff.
  • Experience with KPI and Labor Planning.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to Coach and Train at a floor level.
