About our retail team leader role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced team leader to join our retail team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our retail department.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Managing cash and stock control, ensuring accurate records and minimizing losses.
  • Assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining high standards of store presentation.
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
