We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to fill the position of Service Planner. Reporting to the Lead Planner, this role involves planning and scheduling work for field operatives in Mandurah, WA.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high energy team and contribute to our goal of being the best value creator in the industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prioritize work to ensure efficient operation of our frontline service organization.
  • Collaborate with Field Supervisors and Service Manager to plan unplanned breakdown work.
  • Arrange and order sub-contracted goods, services, and equipment as needed.
  • Manage job-related costs using Time and Material Trackers in provided systems.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing by capturing all planned and unplanned work according to company procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, operatives, and subcontractors regarding planning processes and timelines.
  • Track and receive material orders to facilitate timely delivery of Orderbook when components are available.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Safety Conscious and aware of relevant standards (ISO 14001 & 45001).
  • Demonstrated ability to plan jobs and develop a work scope.
  • Strong time management skills and intermediate computer skills with experience working with Office 365 Suite of products.
