Job Opportunity

This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Integrity Commission.

The successful candidate will contribute to information and records management within the Complaints and Oversight Unit by supporting various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate misconduct matter management processes, including processing electronic and paper correspondence, registering new or existing matters in relevant databases, allocation and registration of notice numbers, notification of above to relevant business units, receipt and registration of associated documentation, distribution of responses and materials to external parties.
  • Administration tasks such as tabling and registration of reports, data collation and statistical reporting.
  • Monitor misconduct matters on case management systems and other databases.
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships with complainants, public officers, and authorities.
  • Perform other duties relevant to the Complaints and Oversight Unit as required by the Director.
Pre-Employment Checks

Candidates must satisfy pre-employment checks before taking up the appointment. This includes a security vetting process, pre-employment check on disciplinary action, experience in administration of electronic case management systems, and experience working in legal and confidential environments.
