Windscreen Repair Apprentice

O'Brien is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, be hands-on, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
As part of our Apprenticeship program, you will undergo the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our O'Brien Auto Technician Skills Development Program. This comprehensive training will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to repair, replace, and fit windscreens on any type of motor vehicle to Australian Standards.
You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in completing re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and deliver an excellent experience to our customers.
We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, takes pride in their work, and has a reliable and positive attitude. Retail or automotive knowledge or experience is an advantage but not required.
