Windscreen Repairer Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Windscreen Fitter Apprentice. In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to learn and grow with our organisation while developing your skills in windscreen repair and replacement.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will attend our training facility to learn the trade, combining hands-on learning with theoretical knowledge. You will use a range of hand and power tools, develop problem-solving skills, and effectively communicate with team members and customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Driver's licence is essential (Manual licence preferred).
- Reliable and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Retail or automotive knowledge or experience is advantageous but not required.
Benefits:
This role offers flexible rostering options, penalty rates, and overtime incentives. You will also receive tools of the trade and uniform, with a starting wage of $23.90 per hour in the first year of your apprenticeship. Fast-tracking your apprenticeship is possible, allowing you to become qualified within one year.
