Apprentice Windscreen Fitting Specialist

O'Brien is seeking a skilled Apprentice Windscreen Fitter to join our Virginia Branch. As an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter, you will be responsible for learning the trade and working with customers to deliver exceptional service.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering customer service excellence and have a true passion for the auto glass industry. If you love working with customers and want to develop your skills in windscreen fitting, then this is the right role for you.
The successful candidate will undergo the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our O'Brien Auto Technician Skills Development Program. This program is designed to develop Auto Technician capabilities to the level required to repair and replace glass on any type of motor vehicle to Australian standards.
You will learn how to complete windscreen re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), undertake glass chip repairs and deliver an excellent experience to our customers. You will also participate in the O'Brien Auto Technician Skills Development Program and work closely with our team to develop your skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable dealing with customers face to face and keeping them engaged. You must also have a reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn the trade. Retail or automotive knowledge or experience is an advantage but not required.
