Job DescriptionThe Account Manager - APAC, located in Sydney, will take ownership of managing a portfolio of existing accounts in Australia. Your focus will be on retaining clients, driving growth, and securing renewals by building strong relationships and aligning our solutions with their business goals.
This role is key to aligning our solutions with client needs, driving business growth, and enhancing satisfaction.
Performance Measures:
- Client retention and satisfaction (e.g., NPS, CSAT).
- Achievement of revenue growth and upsell/cross-sell targets.
- Timely contract renewals.
- Effective execution of strategic account plans.
- Performance against KPIs, including account health and engagement.
