Retail Strategy Manager Job Description
\We're seeking a Retail Strategy Manager to join our team and drive our B2B sales strategy for online and in-store solutions across APAC. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with retailers and manufacturers in the Consumer Electronics and FMCG sectors to define and execute their commerce initiatives.
\Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share.\
- Foster strong relationships with C-level clients to understand their execution strategies and manage diverse commercial projects.\
- Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation, ensuring successful deal closure.\
- Identify target customers and develop effective strategies to reach, engage, and convert leads.\
- Develop tailored proposals addressing the needs of prospective customer organizations and negotiate contracts.\
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to implement our 'farming' strategy, keeping customers engaged and expanding existing key accounts through our product portfolio, new geographies, and business units.\
- Drive recurring sales by fostering long-term customer relationships and positioning Wiser as a strategic partner in enhancing their retail execution across both online and in-store channels.\
- Coach and mentor junior Account Executives to support their development.\
