Job Title: IT Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our IT strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. They will also be responsible for managing network infrastructure, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve IT strategy to align with business objectives
  • Oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including network, hardware, software, and cybersecurity measures, ensuring reliability and security across all regions
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring accessibility and efficiency
  • Draft, implement, and update IT policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of IT systems, including Microsoft 365, MS Intune, SharePoint, etc.
  • Competency in managing network infrastructure and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  • Ability to analyse and resolve technical issues on Windows OS (Laptops), IOS devices (iPhones), teleconference equipment, and programs
  • Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving IT issues efficiently
  • Strong analytical skills to identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements
Working Relationships:

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
