Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Settlements Professional to fill this key role.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing loan offers and mortgage documentation, managing pipelines and follow-ups, and liaising with banks and solicitors to facilitate settlement processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate loan offers and mortgage documentation
  • Manage pipeline and associated follow-up activities efficiently
  • Liaise with financial institutions and legal professionals to facilitate smooth settlement processes
  • Book and arrange settlements electronically or as required
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all parties involved
  • Prepare detailed settlement figures and daily funding requirements
