Live-In Manager Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to live and work in one of Queensland's most stunning hinterland locations.

We are seeking an experienced couple to manage the daily operations of our boutique retreat on Mt Tamborine. As our Manager Couple, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating guest check-in/check-out, supervising housekeeping and maintenance, performing light gardening and upkeep of the property, managing suppliers, stock, and ordering as needed, resolving guest issues promptly and professionally, and ensuring compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality management, property management, or similar role
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Practical hands-on abilities (gardening, basic repairs, maintenance)
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of booking systems
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexible, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile for guests
