Responsibilities
  • Provide customer-facing RIM expertise for IRM's enterprise accounts and achieve individual sales quotas for IRM Core Storage Services.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Executives, Managing Directors, and customer-facing roles to deliver Iron Mountain storage solutions to senior-level business stakeholders.
  • Engage in strategic account planning, discovery and qualifications, deal modelling and pricing, and customer-facing selling activities including closing support.
  • Partner with CORE Storage and Services teams in GTM messaging and planning.
  • Develop and execute strategies and business plans by understanding the customer's business model and value proposition.
  • Ensure opportunity profitability through leading negotiation processes and timely, acceptable outcomes for pricing, profitability, liability, and SLA considerations.
  • Work with CORE Product team, CPO, Legal, and market VPs/Directors as needed to support opportunities.
  • Assess customer problems and opportunities, highlight IRM strengths and competitive advantages, and position solutions to solve problems.
  • Lead RFP developments and proposals; demonstrate strong proposal-writing capability and lead a proposal response team when needed.
  • Actively participate in marketing campaigns, demand generation, and field program execution.
  • Participate in industry associations and conferences to raise IRM awareness and stay current on market trends.
  • Continual education to stay informed on best practices in enterprise-level transformations.
  • Collaborate with leadership, Managing Directors, Business Development Executives and internal teams to support Core Storage and Services delivery.
Qualifications
  • Experienced in meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar quota goals.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in large, complex services-based organizations.
  • Proven ability to translate customer needs into solution requirements with compelling value propositions.
  • Passion for problem-solving and data-driven analysis to drive customer outcomes.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills with understanding of strategic selling methodologies.
  • Customer-first and growth-focused mindset; strong interpersonal, planning, analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to make business decisions and think broadly about impact to the entire company; ability to influence without authority at all levels of IRM and customer personnel (including C-level roles).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across IRM teams and customer stakeholders.
