We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team in Launceston. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-level security services to our clients, ensuring the safety and security of people and assets.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in security, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide security services to our clients in Launceston, including patrols, lock-ups, and responding to incidents.
- Conduct regular checks of premises to identify potential security risks and take appropriate action.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with all relevant security policies and procedures.
- Tasmanian Security Licence and First Aid Certificate
- Flexibility to work 24/7 rotating rosters
- WWVP Check
- Experience in a healthcare environment (highly desirable)
- Good level of physical fitness
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Well-presented and spoken
- Great communication skills
