Strata Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strata Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of strata titled properties, including coordinating maintenance, managing budgets, and facilitating communication between property owners, tenants, and external contractors.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tweed Heads, NSW. You will work closely with our team to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our strata communities. Your ability to resolve conflicts and provide excellent customer service will be essential to your success in this role.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strata Managing Agents License - Class 1 or Class 2
  • Certifications in Strata Management or related qualifications
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements
  • Experience in property management, strata management, or related field
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite and strata management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
