Broadacre Agronomist Position

We are seeking an experienced Broadacre Agronomist to provide expert agronomic advice and support to cropping clients across the Darling Downs and Western Downs region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with broadacre cropping clients.
  • Offer tailored agronomic advice across chemical, fertiliser, seed and soil health.
  • Conduct in-field assessments and deliver crop monitoring and planning services.
  • Develop seasonal programs and input plans to support on-farm success.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client base and cross-sell products and services.
About You:
  • Tertiary qualifications in agricultural science or a related field.
  • Practical experience in broadacre/horticulture/viticulture agronomy, agricultural product sales or crop consulting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cropping systems and sustainable input planning.
  • Sound use of digital farm management systems for planning and recording recommendations.
  • Current driver's licence and ability to work independently in the field.
