Behaviour Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our forward-thinking team in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and create tailored support plans for clients.
  • Implement plans and provide guidance to other practitioners.
  • Nurture relationships with clients and their families.
  • Collaborate with professionals to develop and implement individualised client goals.

The work is based on Multi-Element Behaviour Support (MEBS) principles for children and adults in various settings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or postgraduate qualifications related to Positive Behaviour Support.
  • NDIS Practitioner ID, NDIS Workers Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.
  • Proven experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Behaviour Analyst, or Behaviour Therapist.
