
Culturally Sensitive Care Coordinator

The Roster Clerk position plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization's rostering functions by fostering collaboration with stakeholders to comprehend factors influencing workforce plans, rostering processes, practices and governance.
This role is instrumental in ensuring reliable provision of quality care across residential care facilities. The successful candidate will work full time, Monday-Friday, and possess excellent communication skills, customer service focus and ability to interpret awards and industrial instruments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Fostering collaboration with stakeholders to comprehend factors influencing workforce plans and rostering processes
- Ensuring scheduling compliance with awards and industrial instruments
- Interpreting data and making recommendations for roster optimization
- Maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service
