We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Software Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software platforms across multiple business units.

This highly influential position will require you to provide architectural oversight and technical leadership across distributed engineering teams, ensuring scalable, coherent, and future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Architectural Design: Guide architecture decisions across multiple platforms and products, balancing near-term needs with long-term scalability.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering teams, product managers, and business leaders to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
  • Influence Technical Direction: Shape and enforce best practices in system design, integration, and platform evolution across domains like property, lending, and data services.
  • Mentor & Empower: Provide technical mentorship to senior engineers and architects, supporting their growth and elevating engineering standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with years in a dedicated architecture or principal engineering role.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering complex, modern software architectures across cloud-native, service-oriented, and event-driven systems.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and independently driving decisions with strong technical judgment.
  • Skilled communicator who can articulate architectural concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working across multi-team environments and influencing without formal authority.
