Leading Family Violence Counselling Specialist

Join a dynamic team delivering an innovative online group program for individuals who have used violence in their intimate relationships. The program focuses on promoting accountability, fostering empathy, and equipping participants with practical tools to build healthier, non-violent relationships.
The role of the Team Leader requires strong supervision and reflective practice skills to lead a team of counsellors working remotely. You will need to be agile in your approach, adaptable to change, and comfortable leading groups from time to time.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or Family Violence, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
