Family Violence Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the management of our Family Violence Practitioners.
About The RoleThe successful candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification in a related therapeutic discipline, such as social work or psychology, and/or demonstrated experience and knowledge of Family Violence. They will lead a team of specialist family violence practitioners working with Affected Family Members and Respondents, providing supervision and leadership to support delivery of the Specialist Family Violence Court model at Heidelberg and Broadmeadows Courts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide management, leadership and support to the Family Violence Practitioner workforce
- Contribute to court reforms and initiatives including but not limited to; induction, orientation, support, and performance development in relation to the Family Violence Practitioner role
- Providing practice leadership and supervision to achieve consistent practice aligned with organisational and professional standards
- Contribution to family violence court reform and initiatives
You will be an experienced and skilled leader with a passion for working with vulnerable populations, particularly those affected by Family Violence. You will have a strong understanding of the complexities of Family Violence and the skills to lead a team of specialists in this field.
