About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Transmission Technical Director to play a key role in driving revenue generation, developing market strategy, and ensuring successful project delivery. This leadership position requires a strong background in financial and commercial management, as well as experience in leading high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully negotiating and dispute resolution, with a deep understanding of contractual, commercial, and project delivery knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy to drive revenue growth and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of project managers and directors, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Manage financial performance of projects, including P&L accountability and direct staff recruitment, resourcing and development initiatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role, with a strong background in financial and commercial management.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, team-working and influencing skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build trust, influence and motivate others.
  • A well-rounded leadership and management background, with demonstrable experience of project portfolio management.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
