Job Title: Manufacturing and Production Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing and Production Specialist to join our team in Wetherill Park.

You will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing, processing, and packing of products while ensuring quality standards are met.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced production environment and strong commitment to safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manual labelling and filling of product, maintaining cleanliness of work and stock areas
- Measuring, mixing, blending, and packing products
- Ensuring production of materials meets strict quality standards and completing quality documentation
- Meeting agreed schedules and maintaining flow of materials
- Provide input into the improvement of processes and procedures
- Safe operation of the unit, compliance with health requirements and protection of environment - adhering to 5S standards

Requirements:

- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong commitment to safety standards
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
- Manual Handling ability - up to 25kg
- Forklift licence (Desirable)
- Prior chemical manufacturing or mixing and blending experience is a bonus
