About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Forklift Driver Team Member to join our team at our state-of-the-art temperature-controlled ambient Automated Distribution Centre (ADC) in Kemps Creek.

As a Forklift Driver Team Member, you'll play a critical role in moving grocery products through our supply chain to provide seamless in-store experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift to move material, supplies, and finished goods around the warehouse safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Move products from one area of the warehouse to another, utilizing material handling equipment (MHE) and ADC equipment.
  • Inspect the forklift for safety and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by team leads, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
About You and Your Skills
  • Hold an active Licence to Perform High Risk Work - Class LF Forklift Truck.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures, with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Possess a strong eye for detail and accuracy, ensuring accurate product identification and handling.
  • Be comfortable working on your own and following set instructions, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
