Job Title: Warehouse Storeman Forklift Driver

At Winning Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Storeman Forklift Driver to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our DC operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of products throughout our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations: Transfer stock to designated storage areas, pick stock to picking lanes, and conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Forklift Operations: Safely operate a forklift to move products around the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the DC Team to develop and implement efficient processes, improve safety standards, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a focus on forklift operations and inventory management.
  • Qualifications: LF & LO license preferred, but not essential. Warehouse experience is required, and preferred experience working with appliances, furniture, or large bulky items is an advantage.
  • Skills: Strong safety focus, knowledge and experience in safe manual handling, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in multitasking.
