Job Title: Warehouse Storeman Forklift Driver

At Winning Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Storeman Forklift Driver to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our DC operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of products throughout our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations: Transfer stock to designated storage areas, pick stock to picking lanes, conduct cycle counts, and perform other suitable duties as requested by Supervisors or Managers.
  • Forklift Operations: Safely operate a forklift to move products around the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety and handling induction/training.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, report any discrepancies, and ensure that all products are stored and handled in accordance with company procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the DC team to develop better and safer procedures, build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements:
  • LF & LO License: Preferred but not essential; candidates with LF & LO qualifications will be offered a higher base salary.
  • Warehouse Experience: Required; preferred experience working with appliances, furniture, or large bulky items.
  • Safety Focus: Strong safety focus with knowledge and experience in safe manual handling.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proactive Attitude: Possesses a proactive and can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
