About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team.

This position is responsible for helping to plan, implement, manage and evaluate year-round local income and impact marketing efforts in the APAC region.

  • Performance focus - Drive year-round relevance, reach, engagement, and audience growth against KPIs
  • Campaign Management - Plan, brief, project manage and deliver inspiring impact and income marketing campaigns
  • Year-round integration - Manage integration of owned, earned and paid year-round marketing activity
  • Paid Media - Plan and implement paid media campaigns including the local campaign
  • Communications & Project Management - Harness strong written and verbal communication skills to develop campaign key messaging
  • Partnerships - Work collaboratively with internal partnerships and marketing teams and external commercial, impact, and sporting partners
  • Fundraising - Work collaboratively with the fundraising team and broader business
  • Brand - Be a brand champion who guides, inspires, and supports country teams in your market
  • Performance & Reporting – Manage campaign reporting and support global reporting processes

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years' experience in contemporary marketing roles
  • Resourceful critical thinker, with strong ability to prioritise and forward plan
  • Creative thinking capabilities; understands how to develop integrated campaigns
  • A strong understanding of different types of content and the role of content and creative across a spectrum of marketing channels
  • Excellent visual, oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter, highly organized, and detail-oriented
