Job Title: Spare Parts Coordinator

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our maintenance team, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing machine downtime at our facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned procurement and inventory management professional to utilize their expertise in managing safety stock levels, authorizing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes, and contributing to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system improvements for automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with key personnel to monitor critical spares requirements.
  • Evaluate and maintain proper levels of spares as per our Stocking Policy.
  • Purchase, negotiate, and procure spares as required by the business.
  • Maintain Navision system accuracy.
  • Manage Suppliers and Freight Management.
  • Reconcile freight invoices associated with spares.
  • Assist in forward payment planning and chase payments.
  • Analyze, reconcile, and update stock takes for all spares and critical spares.
About You

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will possess a strong background in procurement and inventory management, ideally with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You should have solid knowledge of ERP systems, demand planning, and supplier management. Your proactive and customer-focused mindset will support continuous improvement initiatives, especially in automating planning processes. Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
