Project Manager for Electrical and Control Systems

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of asset improvement projects across various programs, ensuring all projects meet their time, cost, and quality targets.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects with an indicative cumulative value of $10M+, overseeing project delivery, and leading project design, tendering, and delivery phases.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, project management qualification, and 5-15 years of experience in project delivery, preferably within the Water Industry.

Key responsibilities include managing infrastructure projects, evaluating asset performance, planning, and reporting, as well as strong experience in managing teams, consultants, and contractors.

Additional requirements include high-level interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality planning reports and Business Cases, and a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.

Job Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • Project Management qualification desirable
  • 5-15 years of experience in project delivery
  • Proven experience managing infrastructure projects
  • Strong experience in managing teams, consultants, and contractors
