As a Maintenance Fitter at RPR Trades, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment within our organization. Your responsibilities typically include performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

This shift offers unique opportunities and challenges, as it requires individuals who can effectively respond to maintenance needs during evening hours.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working as part of the maintenance team to ensure the efficient operation of our equipment
  • Conducting preventative maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime and optimize performance
  • Fault finding and repair work on PLC systems
  • Maintenance of trolleys and equipment in the factory
  • Troubleshooting problems with machinery and implementing corrective actions

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Certificate III in Engineering-Mechanical Trade
  • Proven experience in fault finding, repairs, and maintenance of equipment
  • Demonstrable experience applying quality control techniques and inspections
  • The ability to embrace continuous learning and skill development while supporting your team members

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including career growth opportunities and a supportive work environment.
