As a Warehouse Officer, you will play a key role in the organisation of our advertising poster stock, ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods using Microsoft packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure system information is up to date and accurately reflects poster stock levels.
  • Work with the team to develop and document best business practices in poster receipt and despatch.
  • Establish strong working relationships with suppliers, internal and external customers, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Exposure to stock control or experience in administration tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills.
  • A self-starter with initiative to improve current processes.
  • Demonstrated and competent computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • A current and valid Australian Driver's license and LF license is preferable.
