Operations Excellence Manager

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the operational readiness of our Material Handling System. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ensuring smooth transitions from project to steady-state operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult and assess service contracts to be sold by account managers, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Setup and execute transition plans with customers and projects, mitigating transition risks.
- Manage the transition of complex solutions into stable operations, ensuring solution-, service-, and customer-readiness.
- Ensure contract execution based on agreed performance until steady-state operations, handing over service contracts to contract managers.
- Execute transition plans within budget and planning coordination with customers, projects, and services.
- Contact customers up to board level for all issues during the transition phase, managing customer expectations.
- Develop and further professionalize site-based service teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical area.
- Relevant project, integration, and stakeholder management experience (at least 3 years) within an international environment.
- Outstanding planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.
- A team player who can work well in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management processes (ITIL) is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Willingsness to travel worldwide (40-50%).
