It requires a commitment to delivering tailored care across a range of needs and behaviours, ensuring patient well-being within defined guidelines.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to patients with physical and/or intellectual disabilities.
- Understand and deliver appropriate care for patients ranging from low to high needs, including those who demonstrate challenging behaviours.
- Assist patients with activities related to daily living, community support, and personal empowerment.
- Work under general guidance from the individual and their family within clearly defined guidelines.
- Fulfil other duties as required by management or other department personnel.
