Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a high degree of independence, with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine building maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Execute new projects as required, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Coordinate 3rd party facility maintenance services, overseeing vendors and ensuring accurate documentation and invoicing.
  • Utilize software tools to track and report on facilities work, performing regular audits and analysis.
  • Assist with setups for special events, ensuring furniture and displays are properly arranged and secured.
  • Maintain valid State Driver's License and possess a clean driving record.
  • Employ safe working attitudes and follow OSHA safety procedures at all times.
  • Lift/move up to 75 lbs., occasionally moving weights greater than 75 lbs. using hand trucks or mechanical devices.
  • Work at elevations greater than ten feet while repairing/maintaining structures.
  • Exposed to outside weather conditions and occasional electrical shock risks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction or facility maintenance trades, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to efficiently interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening, drug testing, and background checks.
