Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes from job briefs and advertising to shortlisting and offer.

You will build strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet business objectives
  • Manage recruitment systems and reporting through Taleo
  • Ensure compliance by facilitating all relevant pre-employment checks
About You
  • Proven experience recruiting for both white and blue-collar roles
  • Proficient in recruitment platforms such as Taleo or similar
  • Collaborative, solutions-focused, and passionate about building strong relationships
