We are seeking a professional and reliable individual to join our team in a busy gaming environment. The successful applicant will take pride in providing a safe, welcoming space for patrons and staff while ensuring the venue operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a visible presence on the gaming floor to deter disruptive behavior and ensure compliance with venue policies.">
  • Greet and screen patrons upon entry, checking identification and maintaining RSA compliance.">
  • Monitor patron behavior and intervene when necessary to de-escalate issues, responding calmly and professionally to alarms, disturbances, or incidents.">
  • Assist with crowd control and patron flow during peak hours, liaising with emergency services when required.">
  • Complete incident and shift reports accurately, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and attention to detail.">
  • Ensure all patrons adhere to gaming floor rules, RSA, and venue policies, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a current and valid Victorian Security Licence, First Aid certification, and previous experience in licensed venues or gaming environments. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills are essential, as is the ability to remain alert, professional, and courteous at all times.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays is also required, along with a strong attention to detail and observational skills.
