About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources professional to join our People and Development team at Budage Pty Limited. As a key member of our team, you will provide trusted advice to our partners, managers, and employees, driving the delivery of people initiatives and operations across the partner and employee life-cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on firm policies and employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Deliver cyclical activities such as promotions, annual performance reviews, and talent identification to client groups, promoting career growth and development.
- Initiate recruitment and workforce planning activities, aligning with the firm's strategic objectives.
- Partner with our Learning and Development team to identify individuals for excellence programs and other projects, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Develop and implement culture and engagement initiatives, enhancing the overall employee experience.
- Coach partners, managers, and employees, providing guidance and support to achieve their full potential.
- Champion the firm's diversity and inclusion strategy, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Promote the firm's health and wellbeing offerings, connecting individuals to support as needed.
- Lead project work and change management initiatives, driving business outcomes and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key and senior stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Experience working within the legal profession or in professional services, with a strong understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities.

The People and Development team forms part of our Business Advisory Services department, providing strategic business partnering support to the business on people and development issues. We drive and deliver a range of initiatives to ensure that Budage Pty Limited is a great place to work.
