Job Description:

May Shaw Health Centre is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure person-centred optimal care with holistic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
  2. Manage and supervise a team of support workers to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  3. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least 3 years of experience in nursing, preferably in a rural or remote setting.
  • Experience in sub-acute and emergency care is highly desirable or a commitment to train in this area.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed documentation.

Selection Criteria:
