Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Generalist to support our day-to-day operations and ensure the effective execution of HR policies and procedures.

This role offers a great opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing the hiring process, including job postings, screening candidates, interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.

You will also assist employees with inquiries, benefit questions, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Additionally, you will create, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and organizational goals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to organize training sessions and professional development programs, as well as participate in HR projects and initiatives. You will also prepare reports related to HR metrics, turnover, headcount, and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 plus years' experience as an HR Generalist
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
