Automation Tester

  • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated test suites for both frontend and backend components
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand application requirements and define effective testing strategies
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and automated test playbooks for both functional and non-functional components
  • Analyse test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Continuously enhance automation frameworks and integrate new tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage
  • Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to maintain high standards of test code quality
  • Support the testing process by managing issues and defects from identification through to resolution and closure

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cucumber, Selenium, Appium, Playwright
  • Azure DevOps
  • Integration and API testing
  • System, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
  • JMeter, Postman, REST Assured, Swagger
  • JIRA, Azure Test Plans
