We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager for our Intelligent Automation team to lead the successful delivery of cutting-edge automation solutions to our clients.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong consulting background, technical hands-on experience with Ui Path, and a strategic mindset for business growth.
As a Senior Manager, you will manage complex automation programs, strengthen client relationships, and drive business development efforts across our Intelligent Automation portfolio.
You will work closely with the Director of Intelligent Automation to shape our go-to-market strategy, expand existing accounts, and ensure consistent delivery excellence.
Within this role, your responsibilities and tasks will include: Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver intelligent automation solutions.
Be hands-on in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships.
Identify business development opportunities and support proposal and pre-sales efforts.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, methodologies, and team capabilities.
Stay current with emerging technologies in intelligent automation (e.g., generative AI, process mining) and translate them into client value.
Collaborate with internal leadership to shape strategic direction and service offerings.
Required Qualifications & Experience5+ years of professional experience in intelligent automation.
Demonstrated success in leading automation teams and delivering enterprise-scale RPA solutions using Ui Path.
Ui Path certifications such as Specialized AI Profesional, Automation Developer Profesional, Automation Solution Architect Professional are highly desirable.
Strong consulting background with client-facing experience in one or more domains (strategy, operations, finance, or IT).
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and programs in parallel.
Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.
Commercial acumen and experience contributing to business development activities.
