Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

  • This role requires the ability to support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by minimising the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and counselling to job seekers and injured workers to improve mental health and wellbeing, and promote recovery.
  • Undertake vocational and psychological assessments to assist in determining vocational needs, psychological capabilities and overall functioning to inform and support return to work facilitation.

Requirements:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA or ASORC.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
