Job Description Our team is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients by delivering exceptional value in insurance solutions that meet agreed client outcomes within specific industries. This role will be supported by the lead Client Director and Client Managers within the team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of Health & Benefits clients
  • Growing client book through new business prospecting
  • Engaging and negotiating with applicable Life insurance markets
  • Using data and analytics to provide insights to clients
  • SUPPORTING MARKETING STRATEGIES ACROSS LIFE INSURANCE
Required Skills and Qualifications The opportunity to develop expertise and extend knowledge across other employee benefit insurances is available. Design and execute service plans to deliver superior outcomes, facilitate strategic claim reviews with clients and insurers, and develop solutions to meet client need resulting in improved client outcomes and retention.Benefits Collaboration with peers in H&B and across the broader Human Capital business is required to support and deliver to meet client need.Others This role requires the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
