We operate a diverse fleet of 62 vessels, catering to three segments of the offshore services market: PSV (Platform Supply Vessels), AHTS (Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels), and Subsea (Subsea Vessels and Subsea engineering services). Seven vessels comprise our Regional Asia Pacific (APAC) Fleet.

We are seeking a skilled Offshore Crewing Logistics Specialist to join our team in Perth CBD. This professional will report directly to the Crewing Team Leader and be responsible for planning and coordinating personnel logistics and recruitment for our Asia Pacific-based offshore projects and operations.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in marine crewing and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with crew members from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and building relationships with crew members
  • Preparing and reviewing manning levels, rosters, and work cycles in line with project requirements and enterprise agreements
  • Coordinating employment documentation, including contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Managing competence assessments and certifications for offshore personnel
  • Providing exceptional customer service to marine and project crew members
  • Ensuring timely mobilization of project crew with required qualifications and certificates
  • Coordinating visa applications, work permits, medicals, and project-specific training

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in marine crewing, preferably within the offshore oil and gas industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work across cultures and disciplinary backgrounds
  • Familiarity with current Marine competency requirements and regulatory frameworks
  • Understanding of crewing personnel under enterprise agreements
  • Experience working with HR/Crewing systems and managing data to support operational functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
